We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Bookkeeper with full circle experience in the to join our dynamic team at Capps Land Management & Materials, LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for all operations.
• Ensure accurate coding of expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Ensure accurate coding of expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts.endor and customer management.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and outstanding balances.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
• Reconcile discrepancies between customer payments and the amounts recorded in the accounts receivable ledger.
• Investigate and resolve any variances.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the trucking and logistics industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,400.00 per week
