Job Posting for Assistant Community Association Manager at Capstone Association Management
Responsible for providing accounting support to Community Associations. Ensures files are complete and maintained as needed with accuracy, handles accounts payable and receivable duties, and assists accounting personnel. CINC Systems experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support association managers
Review ACH batches, assessment postings, etc.
Print and mail late statements/NOLA Letters
Download & Distribute Financial Reports at Month-End
Work along side the accounting team in an administrative role
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fast-paced environment
Full cycle accounting
Bank reconciliations
Experience with CINC Systems and excel
A/R & A/P experience
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Room to grow within the organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
