Warehouse Supervisor
Shift: Monday-Saturday 6:30 PM-4:30 AM
Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations. This position will ensure that all warehouse items are processed and delivered in a timely manner to ensure that orders are fulfilled.
Essential Functions:
·Ensure warehouse staff are properly trained and have the tools necessary to perform their job duties
·Ensure all warehouse equipment is functioning as required by the company and OSHA standards
·Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all orders are processed timely and in compliance with company standards and shipping laws
·Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all warehouse employees are performing their job duties in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.
·Provide leadership to warehouse staff, including training, performance reviews, and discipline as needed.
·Assist with the inventory control of warehouse stock.
·Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
·Assist with inventory control of items purchased by the company.
·Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
·Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
·High School diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. A high level of computer proficiency is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
·Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the day. Must be able to lift over 100 pounds on special occasions. Must be able to stand for long periods of time during daytimes and short night time hours. Must be able to lift over 100 pounds on special occasions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
