Job Posting for Property Accountant at Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc

The Property Accountant should possess the ability to:

  • Produce general ledger journal entries
  • Perform the month-end accounting close
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Review financial statements
  • Daily entry of key financial transactions
  • Maintain details accounting records, including accruals and prepaids

Minimum requirements: 2 years of accounting experience. College Degree not required, but would be a plus. The prime candidate will thrive working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, showing strong attention to detail and enjoy learning and being a team player. We are looking for people who communicate professionally and effectively in person, over the phone and via e-mail. Good PC skills are required and Real Page software experience is not required, but would be a plus. No travel required.
