What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deputy Director position at Capstone Rural Health Center?
Capstone Rural Health Center seeks a Deputy Director to join the Capstone team. The ideal candidate is service orientated and patient driven, enjoys working with underinsured patients and is culturally sensitive. This position will advance the organizational development strategy in priority areas; organizational planning and capacity, communication, team development, and outreach. The Director will lead communication and coordination across the Leadership Team and down through the organizational team as a whole.
