POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a part time or full-time Captain Duster House Cleaner. We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-minded House Cleaner to join our team at Captain Duster. This person is responsible for the intake of new work, prioritizing customer requests, and delivering the best results possible. We're looking for people with integrity that do what they say they will do and will help us accomplish our mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
- 1 year cleaning experience or more.
- Must have cleaning tools and supplies: vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies.
- Must speak English.
- Excellent cleaning skills.
- Clean background check and driving history.
- US driver license.
- Stable work history.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
- Must be available to work on call.
- Smart phone with email, data and GPS location.
- Must be a team player.
- Possess excellent time management, and communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow rules, systems and procedures.
RESPONSABILITIES: - Clean residential houses and rental properties.
- Provide clients with friendly and professional interactions.
- Provide frequent updates by text messages to Directors to ensure everything is correct.
- Clean, disinfect and sanitize the cleaning tools, including cleaning caddy, vacuum & mop after each cleaning.
- Constantly checking the agendas for possible updates, and task and booking tracking.
- Responsible for their own inventory of cleaning supplies, towels, etc.
- Look for things to make our customers days better.
- Complete check list after ech job.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Get a 5-star review every time.
PAY:
- Training is paid minimum wage.
- Starting pay rate $20/H.
- Earn comission for bringing in new customers.
- Earn bonuses by generating ideas that will improve the business.
- Earn 100% of the tips.
