How Will You Shine?

As a valued and successful Certified Pool Technician you will be required to:

•  Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; respond to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner.
• Accept opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance or cross-train for other resort positions
• Follow the resort’s recommended safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Clean assigned areas on schedule
• Pass DHEC inspections
• Follows resort procedures for key control, lifting heavy objects and/or using chemicals
• Maintain work areas neat and organized
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately
• Maintain a daily ledger of pool and spa readings
• Assist with the repair and maintenance of the pools, spas, and fountains 
• Clean and maintain pools, spas, and fountains 
• Attend all mandatory meetings
• Patrol sauna, exercise room, lockers room, and surrounding areas 
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training
