Overview
WHO are we looking for?
CAPTRUST’s Participant Advisory Services (PAS), is seeking an Webinar Specialist who will be responsible for working with other team members in creating, staffing, monitoring, and reporting of all client’s specific webinars delivered by PAS. The Webinar Specialist will be responsible for delivering webinars, working with our content team on new presentations, and helping with the delivery of our Quarterly Webinar events. The Webinar Specialist would also coordinate all virtual and onsite benefit fairs.
Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:
Responsibilities
- Create, coordinate, schedule Webinars in GoToWebinar
- Edit webinar recordings for external client use
- Provide timely reporting on each webinar for use with internal and external business partners
- Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure presentations are up to date and relevant
- Collaborate with third party vendors to ensure technology remains operational for handling virtual benefit fairs
- Coordinate and maintain the schedule for onsite benefit fairs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Series 6 license
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 years of applicable experience; investment industry is a plus
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
• Knowledge of CRM Applications (Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office 365• Knowledge of GoToWebinar• Ability to handle multiple projects/work streams and adapt to a constantly changing environment• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
