Job Description
The Parts Coordinator functions as the ordering and filing system of all parts for customer orders. This role is responsible for the accuracy of mirroring orders and parts in order to provide technicians with the automotive part they need to complete a customer’s vehicle. The Parts Coordinator must communicate all needs to vendors and follow through with the accuracy and detail required to fulfill shop orders. It is the responsibility of the Parts Coordinator to communicate with the technicians, estimators, and Production or General Manager regarding part order status.
Responsibilities
- Receive Parts from Vendors
- Coordinate and Organize Parts Received
- Inspect Received Parts for Damage and Accuracy and in Detail
- Enter Invoices into Database/System Accurately and in Detail
- Ensure any missing parts are followed up on through vendor and order is corrected
- Write, track, and document all pending return/credits and update in database/system
- All other responsibilities as assigned

Valid and clean Driver's License (required)
