Cara Mia Baking Co. is a patisserie/cafe in Lomita, CA. We are seeking an experienced barista. We are partnering with a well-known coffee provider that works closely with their growers in a direct trade relationship.

Job Duties and Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience
- Morning coffee bar start-up and prep (opening shifts 6:45AM)
- Learn the coffee and espresso menu, and execute drinks as per customer orders
- Understand dietary needs, such as alternative milks
- Be personable and able to interact with customers as you make their coffee
- Ability to multitask, work quickly and efficiently
- Work cleanly with knowledge of safe food handling practices
- Positive attitude
- Current Food Handler Permit
