What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Assistant position at CARA Realtors?
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Must have a Real Estate License
- Social media proficient
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, word), marketing computer software tools, Google (Adwords, drive, calendar)
- Strong computer skills (both MAC and PC)
- Excellent attention to detail when processing files and posting to social media
- Excellent with follow up
- Assertive, professional, reliable, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
- Strong desire to always learn new skills and knowledge!!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Making phone calls to applicants and real estate agents on a daily basis to help grow the company
- Processing closing files
- Answering phones/taking messages
- Filing/Scanning documents/Faxing/making copies
- Coordinating with attorneys by providing invoices for closings
- Creating content and posting to social media
- Running credit reports
- Keeping track and consistently updating multiple spreadsheets
- Assigning lockbox's/signs to agents
- Creating monthly PowerPoint presentations
- Sending out office emails
- Maintain office cleanliness
