We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join a leading roof contracting company that provides value-added building services throughout the construction process.
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our contracts and agreements. This position requires strong knowledge of intellectual property law, vendor management, and document management.

Duties:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request through contract execution and renewal
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and company policies
- Track paperwork and stages of projects
- Coordinate with project managers on stages of projects
- Data entry
- Manage cash flow spreadsheet and collections spreadsheet
- Collect, Process, and Manage Accounts Receivables for each project
- Resolve any AR discrepancies
- Manage close out documentation and warranty documentation
- Prepare and distribute notes from meetings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and terms
- Maintain and manage Access database
- Manage billing and paperwork for each project through AIA and ERP system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations
- Work with the Controller and finance team
- Utilize contract management software to track contracts and generate reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract management principle
- Proven experience with collecting, processing, and managing Account Receivables
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficient in document management systems and software
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional team
** Construction or Roofing Industry experience is a plus
Location: In-Office - Whitmore Lake, MI
Hours: Mon- Fri, 8am-5pm (has some flexibility)
