This Field Service Rep / Automotive Photographer position is for those who prefer the freedom of the outdoors to a desk job. The ability to notice details and the drive self-motivated to succeed are musts for this position.

Location: Houston, TX
Training:
You should be available 9AM-5PM during your first 2 Weeks of Employment with CarData, Inc. for training. After training is completed we expect you to spend approximately 20-25 Hours per week completing your assigned "Route".
Day 1 of Training is using our Online University and passing some basic tests. [Paid @ $15 Per Hour]
Day 2-11 of training is with your field trainer on site at dealership locations. [Paid @ Commission Rate Based on Billings]
Day 12-14 is in our Pompano Beach, FL office to ensure you are 100% prepared to be the best automotive photographer in the industry! Transportation, accommodations, and meals are provided for your Pompano Beach, FL training visit. [Paid @ $15 Per Hour]
Compensation: $15 per hour during online training & In-Office Training; Commission only during your in-field training.
Expected weekly income of $300-$450 plus gas reimbursement. You should spend 20-25 Hours weekly to earn this amount which comes to a pay range of $14.00 - $22.50 Per Hour.
Hours: 8:30am Start time (On-Site by 9AM) and your end time will fluctuate based on workload. Our start times are non-negotiable and you must clock in on time. The End times are where the flexibility comes in because it is based on the workload of that day and every day is different. Some days may be 9AM-5PM others may be 9AM-1PM. You are not graded by the time spent but by the fact that all of the work was completed, reports done and critical kpi's met.

A - Most routes visit 2-3 dealers per day.

A - Every route is different but the typical daily mileage will be around 50-60 Total Round Trip Miles [From Your Home to the Locations & Back Home].

A - No, We provide all Training, Equipment & Supplies for you to complete your daily tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to maintain quality of work in an independent environment.
- This position requires the ability to be on your feet and enter/exit vehicles with ease.
- Work closely with the Manager regarding daily scheduling, customer service, photo quality, and overall market growth/production/retention.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactively communicate with Manager.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings to management.
- Photograph new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Apply Window Labels & Buyers Guides to appropriate vehicles.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Seeking a hardworking individual with an upbeat, positive attitude.
- Clean license. Only clean driving records will be considered.
- Interest in photography.
- Basic computing skills.
- Experience with Android Phone platform a Plus but not necessity.
