Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and secure engagements for our diverse booking roster.
- Communicate and present booking opportunities to management.
- Coordinate, manage and supervise booking and touring processes including; negotiation, contract,
- Advance and execute logistics as directed including but not limited to; airfare, hotel, ground, production,
- Develop a plan that meets the needs of the contracts, the expectations of the talent, and stay within the
- Determine resource requirements including but not limited to, staffing, inventory, production resources,
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Communicate with management and other talent personnel in connection with bookings, concerts, tours,
- Develop touring and/or booking strategies to support touring/booking department
- Continually seek opportunities to exceed company’s expectations and develop lasting client relationships
- Create post-event reports including recaps, project evaluation, and overall project results.
- Other tasks and responsibilities related to booking, touring, and management.
- BA/BS in entertainment marketing, communications, or business
- 3 years in entertainment marketing or live music concerts, and project management experience
- Excelent knowledge of the music industry and keeping in touch with current music trends is essential.
- Excellent network of contacts in the music business. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain
