Cardinal Building Materials is hiring for a Warehouse Manager. In this role, you would oversee all operation activities of the location. This includes, but is not limited to, personnel management, customer service, safety, inventory control, building maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and more. This is both a management and a hands-on role, you must be willing to get your hands dirty!

Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role is the supervisor of ten to fifteen staff members. The team’s mission is to provide exceedingly good service to our customers. There are many components which fall into this. Maintaining an accurate inventory, providing timely and accurate deliveries to our customers, offering a positive walk-in customer experience for customers picking up material, are a few of the examples of how we believe we should service to our external customers. Providing a positive environment, setting, and communicating appropriate boundaries and expectations, and maintaining a safe warehouse are a few of the ways we believe we should take care of our staff.
