```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans and guiding them through the loan application process. Your expertise in mortgage lending and exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. ```Duties:``` - Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and objectives - Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation - Evaluate client financial information, credit reports, and property appraisals to determine loan eligibility - Collaborate with underwriters to ensure loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently - Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process to provide updates and address any concerns or questions - Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and lending guidelines, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements - Maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process to ensure client satisfaction ```Qualifications:``` - Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Loan Officer - Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and guidelines - Familiarity with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and underwriting requirements - Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in 10-key typing - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using accounting software for mortgage servicing If you are a motivated individual with a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership dreams, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $95,304.00 - $114,645.00 per year
