What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advisor, Strategic Finance position at Cardinal Health?
The Advisor, Strategic Finance will support the Strategic Finance Director and leaders in Cardinal’s International Medical Products and Distribution business, with the primary responsibility in the area of finance transformation (tools, processes, standardization/automation).
Accountabilities in this Role
Assist in the execution Next Gen FP&A Implementation in IMPD (e.g. DEP/EDNA Finance, Reporting Visualization, Predictive modelling opportunities, KPI automation)
Participate in recommending and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities across the IMPD FP&A team
Ad Hoc support for IMPD Business Case Financial Modelling
Assist in the execution of a comprehensive reorganization of the IMPD master data hierarchy and structure
Liaise with IMPD FP&A team/Genpact close COE to improve close process and develop dashboards/reporting for IMPD LT
Key participant in project to transition Segment Management Reporting transition to fully burdened P&Ls
Participate in special projects across the team
Execute key deliverables for the annual SFP Process
Implement price volume mix analysis for IMPD
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. Advanced Degree may be required
4-8 years experience in related field, preferred.
