Accountabilities
- Dispill – Compliance packaging solution to help patients manage compliance of complex prescription regimens.
- Create and maintain program reporting and analytics
- Support customers in their purchase of Dispill product
- Provide sales support
- Trouble shoot customer issues
- Consult with customers during implementation
- Coordinate with Inventory Management teams at Cardinal Health to ensure high service levels
- Participate in monthly calls with vendor partners
Data Operations
- Develop a process to track and maintain an up-to-date roster of customers participating in our Solutions that require claims data feeds
- Rollout, train, and maintain SOPs for impacted teams on “roster” process that is developed
- Turn customers’ data feeds “on/off” for relevant solutions and audit to determine when Cardinal Health should no longer be receiving customers claims data feeds
- Participate in any projects that may involve claims data feed activity status
- Work with the Fuse team to standardize and optimize claims data operations
- Monitor, identify, and resolve data gaps to ensure ideal customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 2 years experience in related field, preferred.
- Skilled at root-causing, data analysis, and business-partnering with other areas
- Microsoft Excel and Access knowledge
- Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytic skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
