Job Summary:
The Application Systems Analyst assumes primary responsibility for the management and support of various internal applications within the framework of Cardinal’s IT and MIS Departments.  

Essential Functions:
  • Acts as Project Manager and administrative support for application functionality, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Manages and supports Cardinal’s workflow applications.
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or workarounds to meet requirements for all supported applications. 
  • Assist with data conversion and testing strategies, including integration with other Cardinal Systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Other Requirements:
  • BA/BS required.
  • Three or more years of experience preferred.
  • Basic Sharepoint administrative experience preferred.
  • Requires excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communicative skills when working with all groups within the company and outside the company.
  • Requires knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SSRS.
  • Logistics/Transportation experience is a plus.
