What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Tech/ Caregiver position at Cardinal Senior Management?

The starting pay rate for Care Givers/Med Techs ranges from $16.85 per hour to $17.85 per hour.
Part-Time, 3pm-11pm, Assisted Living, 3 days per week
Part-time, 5pm-9pm ,Memory Care,
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining room
- PCA's will assist with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents!
- Always communicate in a positive and productive manner with co-workers, families/guardians, and the public
- Supporting co-workers and actively participates in team process
- Providing complete, accurate and timely documentation
- Performing tasks that contribute to the day-to-day operation of the home (such as cleaning, laundry)
- Performing tasks in accordance with Care Cardinal Policies and Procedures and that of other regulatory bodies, (CMH, AAA, Reliance, Licensing, Recipient Rights, etc.)
- Positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
- Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Qualifications and Skills
- Weekly Paychecks
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Current valid driver’s license or State ID
- The ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner
- Encouraged but not required upon hire: First Aid/ CPR certified
- 1 year experience in a similar setting
