Established in 2000, our 11 board certified cardiologists and 8 mid-level providers, provide services at 5 office locations and multiple area hospitals. Duties:

• Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a medical setting, cardiology a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment

Ideal candidates will have proven track of strong core personality, fast learning, problem solving, willing to learn and positive mind set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
