Responsibilities
Hours : Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, with Overtime requirements on some weekends for events.

Responsibilities
- Fulfilling Shopify orders
- Preparing and packing orders for shipment
- Accurately tracks inventory
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed into Order Entry system and follow through from order stage to order closure.
- Coordinate all orders with various departments such as Finance, IT, Data Processing, Shipping and Logistics Team in resolving related issues to meet customer/staff requested ship date/ delivery date (CRSD/ CRDD).
- Liaison with customer on inquiries, order status, shipping information.
- Ensure that Sales Team follows Rules of Engagement in order placement.
- Reviewing and analyzing work processes to identify process improvement programs.
- Establish action plan with team on the improvement of processes and procedure.
- Deal with lose/damage and return goods if happen.
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Experience handling busy e-commerce order fulfillment
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Highly effective project management skills
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift experience a plus
- Experienced in communicating clearly and confidently with the staff senior management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Position requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented and willing to help others to get the job done
