Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Compile and build highly qualified, industry-segmented account-based lead lists using platforms like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, public databases, and web scraping.
- Data Management: Quality control, standardize, and manage contact data formats for CRM (Pipedrive) integration, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Sales Enablement: Support cold email outreach by identifying personalization opportunities and optimizing lead data for segmented messaging.
- Data Analysis & Forecasting: Provide lead universe estimation, manage suppression lists, deduplication, and cross-referencing for effective lead generation.
- Innovative Segmentation: Use creative criteria for account segmentation, including website tech, industry-specific trends, and job listings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Legal Work Status: Right to work in the U.S. (citizen or valid work visa).
- Consistently available Monday to Friday within the core hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST.
- Experience: Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM technologies, lead generation platforms, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with B2B, healthcare, finance, tech, nonprofit sectors, and the digital marketing industry.
- Personality Traits: Persistent, highly organized, proactive, positive, team-oriented, and strong multitasker with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in running large-scale cold email campaigns.
- Proven process for qualifying niche industry segments in large scale lead lists.
- Fluent in pivot tables and nested conditional formulas.
