Duties:
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship and attend to personal care
- Assist clients with completing their ADLS (Activities of Daily Living Skills)
- Transport clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands
- Execute the client’s care plan as outlined
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Complete daily documentation accurately and thoroughly
Requirements for position:
- High School Graduate GED/HSED or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
- Smart Phone (iOS or Android) to access employee portal
- WI Caregiver background check
- 2-Professional references
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Caregivers are required to wear face covers/masks when working with clients. Gloves and masks are provided to all caregivers.
