Job Title: Enrollment Specialist
Reports to: Director of Enrollment
Supervises: None
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Care-a-lot & Generations. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the enrollment of new children, maintaining accurate rosters, and fostering strong relationships with families. By engaging in outreach activities and providing exceptional support, you will contribute to our mission of delivering quality early care and education to our community.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach, recruitment, and enrollment activities to facilitate the enrollment of new children and maintain up-to-date rosters.
- Engage with community groups, service providers, and agencies to develop and nurture meaningful relationships, representing Care-a-lot & Generations at various meetings, events, and fairs.
- Provide support to center staff in completing tasks and data entry in our Child Care CRM system, ensuring document compliance and accurate current and future rosters.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience using LineLeader or similar CRM software is a plus!
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and software systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a genuine passion for supporting families in their search for quality early care and education.
- Possession of a car and a valid driver's license.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with regular office hours. No nights or weekends.
Work Location: While this position is primarily office-based, it will involve regular travel to our centers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
