Care Initiatives is currently hiring a PRN On-Call Hospice Nurse.

What it takes to become a Hospice Nurse - On Call:
  • RN or LPN with a minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience.
  • Current, valid CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated patience and a supportive and sensitive approach to providing patient, family, and caregiver support.
  • Willingness and ability to provide care in facility and patient home settings
