Controller
We're looking for an experienced Controller to join our team at Care IV Home Health. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of bookkeeping and accounting principles. The Crontoller will handle various routine accounting tasks such as data entry, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing accounting statements and financial reports. They will also be responsible for reviewing, coding, and verifying transactions and journal entries and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions. Additionally, the Controller will resolve issues and exceptions, perform simple and complex calculations using spreadsheets and other software tools. This person will also independently carry out a wide range of complex duties with general guidance from management.

Controller Required experience:
- Bachelors degree required
- Accounting / Finance management experience required (5-7 years)
- Experience with accounting/finance specifically in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
- Willingness and ability to work in our Little Rock office full-time
Controller Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- Oversee accounts payable process and the approval of account payables.
- Streamline processes to improve the efficiency of payroll, A/P, A/R and Revenue Cycle.
- Summarize bank info into a Daily Cash report for Management review.
- Review bank postings for current deposits.
- Complete property and business tax filing.
- Prepare comprehensive budgets and oversee the process to prepare monthly financial statements.
- Review and present all financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to management.
- Responsible for overseeing the accuracy of finance/operations dashboard to be presented to leadership team along with financial statements.
- Develop forecast analysis to present to management to make decisions on new investments or budget constraints.
- Other duties as assigned.
