WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) will be your compass, guiding you through the realms of educational excellence. Level III administrator status and a minimum of 2 years' experience in an early childhood setting will serve as your armor, shielding you from any challenge that comes your way. With 2 years of supervisory experience, you'll be the fearless leader inspiring your team to new heights. Essential certifications in CPR, First Aid, Sid's Training, BSAC, and Playground Safety will be your trusty tools, ensuring the safety and well-being of every young adventurer under your care.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
