Currently we are looking for a Med Surg RN!
Location: 1923 S Utica Avenue Tulsa, OK
Estimated Blended Gross Weekly Pay Rate: $1195.92
Shift: 06:30- 19:00 Hours (Monday to Friday) 3 days/12 hours shift
Duration: 13 weeks

Description:

• Department: Acute 9 East
• Shift Timings: 06:30- 19:00 Hours (Monday to Friday) 3 days/12 hours shift Per Week: 36 Hours
• This department is a 28 bed unit, serving Cardiopulmonary adult patients and neuro overflow adult patients and does have cardiac telemetry and continuous pulse oximeter capabilities.
• Nurse to patient ratio is 1:5-6. The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry.
• Responsibilities: Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• Required Experience/Skills/Certifications: 2 years inpatient acute care experience in specialty applying to. BLS certification. Compact or State RN active license.
