Job Summary:
You will provide direct case management services to adults with a primary mental health disorder who reside in Bergen County and are at-risk or involved in the criminal justice system in order to divert incarceration and reduce recidivism. You will spend 65% of your time face-to-face with consumers, in their homes, and in the community.
