- Swimming: Proficiency in swimming is preferred due to the presence of a large pool.
- Variation: Schedule flexibility is needed as it may vary weekly, with a guarantee of 40 hours.
- Weekends: Availability required every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- Travel: Ability to travel with the family, including some international trips.
- Salary: Competitive annual salary range of $50,000 - $70,000.
