Care to Stay Home is seeking 4 caregivers to work either 12 hour day or 12 hour night shifts to provide care for a male VA client in the Colbert area.
You will have the option to work either 3 days or 4 days with one day falling on Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities include :
- Providing essential care and support
- Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Stand by and hands on assistance
- Light housekeeping duties
- Medication reminders
- Bedbound care for more critical clients
Requirements :
- Minimum of two years of caregiving experience , preferably with senior clients
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer chairs to beds etc, repositioning bed bound clients, and helping on standby by assistance as needed.
- The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements.
- Home Care Aide or CNA / NAC certification (We offer the 75 hour HCA training to our employees at no cost)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to show up to work to provide critical and consistent care to your client
- Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record checks with no felonies.
