Seeking a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist that is motivated to provide comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for residents with hearing, language, speech, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities
SLP responsibilities include screening, evaluating and daily treatment sessions to maximize each residents communicative and swallowing competence. Daily documentation is done electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions (formally Rehab Optima) with a minimum weekly productivity of 85%.
Qualifications
This position requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), State License for the state in which services are being provided and CPR. Employee must be dependable and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care.
