Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager at CareAcademy, you will lead the strategic direction of our product suite, playing a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering innovative solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive product initiatives from concept to launch, identifying revenue opportunities and ensuring robust market insights drive our product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and scope new offerings in collaboration with stakeholders, taking ownership of business models, pricing strategies, and packaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to scope and prioritize backlog stories, translate business requirements into technical solutions, set clear acceptance criteria for user stories and bugs, and align priorities with the company roadmap and OKRs.
  • Maintain personas and user journeys, create rollout plans for new features, translate technical release notes, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collect customer, prospect, and user feedback and use it to prioritize product enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to understand opportunities and competitors, creating and maintaining accessible artifacts for company-wide use.
  • Consistently communicate roadmap updates and initiatives to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within technology/SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Asana or Jira, strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within tech startups or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
