What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Irrigation Technician position at CareCrew 360, LLC?
1. Diagnose, repair/replacement and installation of various irrigation pipes, fittings, sprinkler heads, valve solenoids, timers, wiring and valve boxes.
2. Have reliable transportation to our companies designated office location and be on time at said location at 7:00 am Monday thru Friday unless we are not required to work that day due to approved time off or company non-working holidays or weekends.
3. Utilization of proper safety equipment ie; safety glasses, gloves, ear protection that is provided by the company.
4. Proper, polite and punctual communication skills utilized when approached by a client or customer for the intent to properly address their request as well as your respective supervisor.
5. Ability, experience and skill set to adequately diagnose and identify damage, malfunctions, improper working conditions, coverage inadequacies and improper consumption rates of residential and commercial irrigation systems. Repair, replace or install new components to bring system to satisfactory operation to include proper coverage and consumption rates.
6. Capability to contact and communicate with customers over phone, text, email or face to face to schedule, estimate and inform customers the status of work and repairs or upgrades made in a professional manner.
7. Perform regular inspections on clients commercial and residential systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
