Business Analyst
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support the range of digital transplant software solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business to enhance the quality of the products and services. The person in this position will analyze the impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, along with capturing requirements needed to initiate a change.
Responsibilities:
- Discover, review, and analyze business requirements and translate them into details for the project team to understand
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to project team
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements through the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements, to project team and stakeholders so that issues are resolved and understood
- Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact and outcome criteria.
- Develops and utilizes standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely
- Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted
- Work as part of a cross-functional team
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years diagnostic lab experience, 1-2 years of operational and analytical experience
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team player
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills including effective presentation skills
- Strong organizational, creative problem solving and analytical skills.
