SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, Transplant Center and Referring Provider Product Portfolio
CareDx Transplant Management (CTM), a rapidly growing software subsidiary of CareDx serving organ transplant programs, affiliated care providers and patients, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to manage its transplant center and referring provider product portfolio.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to manage the transplant center and referring provider product portfolio. Specifically, the successful candidate will have responsibility for overseeing the product roadmap of applications that address the workflow and clinical needs of transplant centers and their referring partners. Included in the scope of this effort will be the effective consolidation of two separate systems—once competitive offerings—that are now both owned and managed by CTM. The successor consolidated system should offer the best features of both existing systems, address emerging needs of the market and leverage in a coherent fashion the growing set of new offerings from CareDx.
Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Form high level requirements for new features
- Align product strategy with business strategy
- Employ data driven decision making
Market
- Market - emerging, underserved, allied, competition
- Lead governance across product portfolio; develop and refine product standards (UI, UX, quality)
Requirements
- Obtain insight, perform analysis, and form strategy related to product
- Lead planning to implement product strategy and roadmap across teams and roles (BA, development, QA, training, operations)
- The candidate should have a demonstrated track record in product management and extensive experience in the highly specialized discipline of transplant.
- Communicate to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, product development, operations, and product support
Software Lifecycle
- Oversee product and feature lifecycle from ideation through sunset
- Manage product roadmap, prioritize efforts
- The candidate must be familiar with SaaS deployments and conversant in SDLC approaches and methodologies
Support Enablement
- Product/ Feature adoption/usage
- Training
- Effective product promotion both within the company and in the market
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the highly specialized discipline of human organ transplantation
- Preference will be given to candidates who have managed transplant programs or have managed the implementation or use of leading transplant databases, such as Epic Phoenix, Ottr, and TransChart.
- 5 plus years of experience in software product management
- Experience with SaaS deployments
- Academic credentials that reinforce work experience and mission
- Experience authoring and maintaining detailed requirements in Jira, or similar
