Job Summary:
Trane in Rocky Hill, CT is hiring for a Systems Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention with building owner accounts.

Base Compensation Range: $70,000 - 120,000 annually, plus commissions.
Total compensation for this role will include a commission plan. This base pay range is based on US National Averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, or geographic location where the work is performed. Our prosperous commission plans grow over time with a successful employee’s growing pipeline. Some sales professionals may eventually move to 100% commission.
