Summary :

Administrative Coordinator needed for a gourmet food production company located in Nelsonville, Ohio. Will be handling tasks related to the administrative functions of the business and in the distribution environment :

  • Will enter new and update existing customers in inventory management tool.
  • Enter all wholesale orders into inventory system.
  • Prepare business credit applications.

Work with an internal inventory system to manage a number of processes.

  • Correspond via email and phone with customers on product information.
  • Prepare shipping labels, assist in the picking and packing process, and coordinate freight.

Provide assistance to accounting manager; some accounting knowledge a plus.

Other general administrative and data entry duties as needed.

This is a temporary-to-direct, part-time position, hiring immediately. -hour work weeks with flexible hours, can work -hour days or -hour days per week.

The pay is commensurate with experience, with additional raises possible based on performance and starts at $ per hour. This employer offers a full benefits package including health, dental, vision and paid time off (once hired on directly).

Qualifications :

  • Computer fluency is a must. Will need to navigate documents and spreadsheets with ease but also learn an inventory management tool.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility and a team-first mindset.
