The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of design, capable of preparing bid and construction documents and coordinating with our Structural, MEP and Site/Civil consultants for submission for building permits and submission for building permit and response to the building departments.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture
- Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture from an accredited University in the United States
- Currently holding (or on the path to) professional Registration(s)
- Organized, able to delegate, prioritize tasks, and direct Structural, MEP and Site/Civil consultants
- Experience working with clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Office,
- Experience in managing and producing construction documents
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,657.00 - $100,221.00 per year
