This role will be expected to conduct assessments, generate reports, establish budgets, and perform risk assessments. The Director of Finance will manage cash flow forecasting, fiscal grant analysis, housing proformas, and work collaboratively with development on revenue forecasting.. Facilitate Finance and Audit Committees and works closely with the Board of Directors. Essential Duties and responsibilities:   Oversee preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and other information for strategic and corporate financial planning and analysis manage the preparation, review and management of departmental administrative operating budgets Coordinate and develop 5-year strategic plan Budgeting and forecasting Modeling, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the studios in the franchise system as well as for the corporate departments Strategic financial analyses to help enhance growth and drive the company forward Managing data and analytics for certain corporate departments Interacting with executive management teams on financial planning and analysis topics Creating and maintaining statistical/financial databases and reports. Running appropriate weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Preparing materials and presentations for quarterly board meetings Performing industry research, reviewing external research reports and providing insight for corporate projections For consideration candidates must possess the following: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field MBA highly preferred Homebuilding, Real Estate, Construction industry experience ideal Compensation up to $150.000 a generous benefits and bonus plan Candidates must reside and be able to commute to the Ontario, California area.
