Description: An international logistics client in Cleveland, OH is currently seeking an Ocean Export Specialist.This job will have the following responsibilities:
Follow domestic and international regulations
Review and process documentation for assigned accounts
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and coworkers
Provide updates on shipments status and other customer service inquiries
Qualifications & Requirements:
2-5 years as Ocean Export Agent/Freight Forwarder
HS Diploma
CargoWise One experience, preferred
Excellent communication skills
