Career Start is currently seeking a Document Coordinator in East Syracuse, NY. Preferred candidates for the Document Coordinator role will have at least 6-months prior experience with computer systems and documentation retention, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities of the Document Coordinator:
- Support creation and revision of GMP documentation via the document change process
- Handle all routine activities related to the issuance and reconciliation of manufacturing batch records
- Assist with the records management program, including archival activities
- File, organize and barcode documents in document storage room
Requirements of the Document Coordinator:
- High School Diploma is required (associates degree is preferred)
- A minimum 6-month’ relevant experience managing documentation in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent communication skills and computer competence
