The CareerStep E-Learning division is looking for a performance partnership manager to drive growth in the partner marketing channel and bring our brand vision to life through lead generation. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, you will drive revenue growth for CareerStep by effectively leveraging performance partnerships.
The ideal candidate is data-driven and will bring a wealth of knowledge in business relationships, negotiations, prospecting, a solid understanding of best practices in paid media, lead tracking, and landing page optimization.
A day in the life:
Build and maintain effective performance partner relationships
Provide excellent service to maintain existing partnerships and acquire new ones.
Manage business negotiations with partners/ affiliates/ lead aggregators.
Handle business tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities.
Coordinate with various teams to address partner needs in an accurate and timely manner.
Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
Perform new performance partner acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.
Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
Provide training on partner management as needed.
Maintain open communication with all partners on day-to-day issues.
Develop business strategies to improve the affiliate program.
Stay current with trends in performance partnership marketing and identify new opportunities.
Work with the management team to execute and close new partnership deals.
Communicate with new and existing partners and affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

What youll need:
Minimum 3+ years experience as a full-time partnership marketer required.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong partnership management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with affiliate management tools or networks (Cake, Everflow, Commission Junction, Tune, etc)
