Job Description: Property Assistant with Military background a PLUS!!!!!
Schedule- 8am. to 5 pm.
Salary- 44,408 annually
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Assistant with a military background to join our team. As a Property Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Respond promptly to staff inquiries and student requests.
- Manage student move-in and move-out procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Work with property management team to develop and implement maintenance plans
- Conduct regular property maintenance checks and coordinate repairs as needed
- Assist with property budgeting and financial reporting
- Ensure that all properties are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Military background a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements:Qualifications:
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Six months experience in a property/inventory control capacity.
Preferred: Associates' degree. Two years' experience in related field.
Knowledge: Must possess a valid state driver's license. Sound working knowledge of property/inventory control procedures. Knowledge of Government property management requirements and procedures desired. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational skills. Ability to operate a personal computer. Ability to learn company software systems.
Compensation details: 18-21.35 Hourly Wage
