Administrative Assistant

Full-Time

Must have strong MS Excel skills

Hours : Monday Friday, 8a 5p

Pay : $17-21 hour, depending on education and years’ experience

Quarterly bonus : up to 5%

Bonus : $2k sign on bonus

A diverse niche manufacturer who is experiencing tremendous growth is adding an Administrative Assistant to their facility located in Richmond, VA.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Onsite Administrative Assistant role supports multiple departments in their daily needs as well supporting overall company functions.

This includes answering phones, greeting guests, distributing mail, ordering and managing office supplies, arranging travel and meetings, coordinating company events, maintaining cleanliness of community space, data entry and document management.

Will also be responsible for assisting with inventory management (cycle counting, monitoring bins, etc) and updating information in software.

Administrative Assistant Background Profile :

  • 1 years of office / administrative support experience in a customer-facing role
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize tasks from multiple departments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC skills (Excel advanced preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (THC is not acceptable)
