Job Description : ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our Award Winning Client, a nationally operating organization that has been recognized with numerous accolades. This is a full-time onsite role, with relocation assistance provided.

Applicants must hold US Citizenship or Green Card status.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for developing testing strategies and plans alongside our client, cross-service teams, and external partners.

Your expertise in Avaya architecture, design, implementation, and testing will be instrumental in supporting architecture designs for global deployments.

  • Extensive experience in Avaya CM implementation and service-oriented work.
  • Proficiency in supporting field operations and direct client interactions.
  • Comprehensive technical understanding and hands-on experience with Avaya's product range.
  • Technical proficiency with Communication Manager, Session, and System Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Session Initiation Protocol.
  • Familiarity with Avaya's Contact Center portfolio.

ABOUT THE APPLICANT

  • Proficient in personal computer applications for administration, design, and architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for application design, coordination, and testing.
  • Leadership skills to mentor less experienced team members.
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, support staff, and management.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Providing technical guidance and support for the operation and maintenance of our client's expansive voice network.
  • Monitoring, managing, and maintaining voice call flow traffic across multiple trunk groups connecting to Avaya products and other platforms.
  • Migrating call flows to newer technologies and protocols.
  • Managing scripts and automated processes for user administration and system maintenance.
  • Collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and maintain reliable communication paths.
  • Producing and maintaining documentation for network management and connectivity.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and providing training to team members.
