Job description
Candidates must have experience with folding cartons within the food packaging industry
Responsibilities :
Operates Folder / Gluer Machine to develop end-result printed packaging material in accordance with customer specifications :
Operate and adjust gluer machine, troubleshoot and monitor operation.
Prepares gluer by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high quality product by precise control of feeding, take over and inverting of batches of blanks, setting automatic loading and constant blank heights maintaining steady and precise feeding at all speeds making adjustments as needed to exceed customer expectation.
By performing a variety of make ready tasks utilizing quick and easy settings for high productivity and precision operations, resolves any defects and adjustments to produce high quality product.
Oversee General technicians working on equipment.
Make adjustments, clear jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality.
