Summary

TheProcess Assurance Inspector (SAT Team) is responsible for verifying accuracyfor all orders processed by the Customer Service Representatives.

EssentialDuties and Accountabilities

2. Coordinatesand brings to the Customer Service Representative’s attention if an order isinaccurate.

3. Logsall orders into database.

4. Maintainsa safe and clean work area.

5. Responsiblefor working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.

6. Performsother related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

  • HighSchool Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Ableto understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
  • Regularand predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.
  • Mustbe authorized to work in the USA.

PhysicalDemands and Working Conditions

  • Requires sitting orstanding for a prolonged period of time.
  • Requires dexterity andcoordination to handle files, boxes and materials.
  • Requires minimumreaching for items above and below desk level.
  • Requires strength,coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal forprolonged periods.
  • Requires walking,bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
  • Requires repetitivemovements with fingers, hands, wrist, and arms.
