What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Technical Support (ATM Machine) position at Careerbuilder US?
One of our clients in Miami, FL is looking for a candidate that has experience in the following:
- ATM skills: infrastructure, ATM Custodian, knows how to settle, balance, and find any error on the ATM machine.
- Knowledge in the ATM hardware
- Banking skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Troubleshooting skills (preferable)
This person will be responsible for providing Technical Support & troubleshooting for the branches (bank locations) when their local ATMs have a software issue, transaction issue, etc. This person will be 100% onsite working from their local Miami office.
